An Ubuntu Hour is a short, informal meetup every week, every other week or every month.
Ubuntu Hours have become a great method for advocacy, team-building, and social fun. It's a great way to promote the use of Ubuntu on a regular basis.
Organizing and participating in an Ubuntu Hour is very easy:
* Head over to a public place (like a local coffee shop, etc) where you'll hang out.
* Wear something with the Ubuntu logo or have a visible Ubuntu sticker on your laptop (if you bring one).
* When/if you show up, you agree to the Ubuntu Code of Conduct.
* Anyone can start an Ubuntu Hour, anywhere, anytime.
* Remember this is a social event, be approachable!
