Ask Ubuntu is a problem solving system made powerful by the users in the community. A question or problem can be solved rapidly and thoroughly with many hands. Sometimes, a post by another user has grammatical errors or mis-information. When one finds incorrect or mistyped information in a post, it is easy to edit and submit changes to it. This badge is awarded to the user when 80 different posts have been edited.
How to achieve this trophy
- Users can edit posts near the bottom of it by clicking the "edit" button.
- Correct any errors in the title and/or body and click the "save edits" button to submit.
Tips and Tricks:
- Read through questions after answering them. You may find errors in the questions by answering them.
- Cross-reference posts with an internet search engine. Common beliefs are not always factual.
- Keep a sharp eye towards spelling and grammar. It can be difficult to express software problems in text.
Pitfalls To Avoid:
- Reading the original post only once. Edits that require editing can arise.
- Hastily editing posts which do not get approved.
